When I started the English lessons, I felt a bit uncertain and hesitant. I wasn't sure how the process would unfold or if I would feel comfortable expressing myself in a language that I didn't know very well. Now I can say that as the lessons progressed, my mindset changed significantly. I feel much more at ease with my communication skills, although I believe there is still a long way to go. One of the most interesting aspects of these lessons has been the integration of Tarot themes into the learning process. Focusing on the themes of each Tarot card provided me with an incredible tool for self-reflection. It was as if each card was a mirror, revealing parts of myself that I hadn't fully recognized before. I used to know Tarot only as a card game, and I had never thought about the true meaning behind each figure. I won’t deny that there are some cards I find a bit difficult to understand because the text is rich with words and forms that I am not familiar with. This requires a lot of time for translating and understanding the text, but at the same time, it allows me to learn new words and expressions that wouldn’t usually come up when discussing more routine topics like work, friends, or hobbies So, some lessons have really helped me not only to better understand my feelings but also to express them in a more authentic way. In conclusion, I have to tell that using Tarot is also a great way to explore topics that are not usually covered in everyday conversations. I believe this is the real difference compared to other methods used for conversation-based English lessons. So, this experience has been not only a linguistic learning journey but also a journey of self-discovery.
