What is an Energy Attunement?
It’s a space to connect to higher dimensions of yourself, known by various names: Intuition, Spirit, Soul, Universe, or God. Here, you heal and transform belief structures that no longer serve you. Old karmic energies, containing generations of energetic imprints, can be released. You can connect to past, present, and future parallel lives. There are other dimensions or aspects of yourself to interact with and learn from. Your higher self supports you in clearing energetic blockages in both the physical and higher realms, bringing you into greater alignment. These sessions are designed to support you during your integration period. In your awakening, you are presented with the opportunity to bring this awareness into your daily life, uniting the spiritual and material worlds.
Before starting, clear your surroundings to create a clean space to be in: light a candle, tidy the room, fold away clothes. A shower and a change into comfortable clothing can also help. Writing down intentions before the session can bring greater clarity. Afterward, you might choose to burn the list as a way to close the ceremony. Ensure you have everything you need to feel comfortable to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Relax and follow where Spirit takes you! Energy Attunements help you connect to higher aspects of yourself. The more relaxed you are, the more likely you are to feel the messages.
Initially you might experience "monkey mind" thinking about various daily events, a conversation, what meal to cook next. It happens and it’s OK. Allow yourself to be present with it and notice what comes up. Spirit might be showing you this for a reason—even if it’s just to observe your relationship to these thoughts. You might feel sensations in your body: tingles, waves of
energy, twitches, emotional release, change in body temperature. Be present with what you experience. You may find yourself having a two-way conversation with Intuition or Spirit. It’s wonderful to know Spirit is collaborating with you. This can also happen through imagery and feelings. Deeper understandings might arise, and unanswered questions may find resolution. Blocked energy can start to flow through your chakras, restoring energetic fluidity. Note that blocked energy can go back countless generations. As energy releases, physical reactions like emotions, body temperature changes, or energy shifts may occur. Allow your body to process and release in its own way. Enlightenment can happen! You might piece together aspects of your life that suddenly become clear. Enjoy these moments and bask in the good feelings! The goal is to bring greater awareness through feelings, thoughts, images, or symbols. It’s Spirit’s way of communicating with your lower self.
Rest assured that something is shifting, even if it’s subtle. Much of this work occurs in the unseen realms. Whether you fall asleep or dip in and out of consciousness, your higher self is facilitating transformation. You may notice mood changes: Feeling one way at the start and different at the end. This signals an energetic shift. Even small changes are significant, altering your DNA at a cellular level. Big shifts aren’t always necessary. Subtle changes often have profound ripple effects that touch other parts of your life. Holographically speaking, changes in one area influence others. Every shift contributes to your transformation. This work may bring up beliefs such as "Do I believe in this?" or "What’s the point?" These are valuable questions. They encourage you to explore why you’re here and what you think about intuition, trust, and change. These reflections deepen your relationship with life and self-worth.
Each time is different. You might feel tired and want to sleep, or energised and wide awake. Follow your body’s guidance. You may have more questions than answers. A helpful tool is a "mind dump"—write down all your thoughts on paper. This helps you process and finish off previously unanswered questions. You might feel drawn to continue with the Energy Attunement. This could be Spirit’s way of guiding you toward deeper healing. Trust that Spirit knows what your body needs. You may feel called to reflect quietly or, alternatively, to move and be active. Greater clarity might emerge, with answers you’ve been seeking. Alternatively, you may feel disoriented, sensing something has shifted but not yet understanding it. Give yourself time—there’s no rush. Be gentle and patient with yourself.

With three sessions, you can revisit unfinished thoughts and view events from multiple perspectives, gaining valuable insight and releasing what no longer serves you. You’ll feel lighter, freer, and more aligned with your true self. This work helps you surrender, accept, and disentangle from limiting patterns in areas like work, relationships, and health. While one session can be just as powerful and provide exactly what you need, three sessions allow for a more extended journey of transformation

When is the best time to do the session?
Ideally, choose a time when you feel alert, such as morning, afternoon, or early evening. Avoid bedtime, as the experience might affect your sleep. Choose a time when you won’t be disturbed. Setting this intention opens your Crown Chakra to Spirit’s guidance. It’s recommend being sober, as drugs or alcohol can interfere with your experience. In a clear state, insights come through with greater clarity. This may raise questions about your relationship with authority or rules. Use this safe space to explore these reflections and deepen your self-understanding.
